Susan Bush- COO At the helm of bamboopink is our COO, Susan Bush.
Susan's career spans several decades which started with over 20 years of experience
at St. John Knits, where she managed and oversaw several different areas of the
company including their jewelry division. In her last position, Susan was Senior
Vice President and focused on Sales and Merchandising for St. John. For the past
10 years, she has been Executive Vice President of JudeFrances Jewelry. Her partnership
with the co-founders of bamboopink over those 10 years has given her a unique perspective
on running their new venture to coincide with the quality and integrity they instill
in everything they do. Frances and Jude have expressed how much Susan has meant
to bamboopink, "we couldn't run this company without her. Her dedication, positivity
and get-it-done attitude have really made this company what it is today. We are
extremely lucky to have her. She truly is the heart of this company."
Pat Sheehan- Director of Field Development Pat has over 25 years
experience in direct sales; both as a field leader and on the corporate end. She
helped build a million dollar wholesale organization, with a team consisting of
fifty first line women with her previous company. In 2007 she ventured out on the
corporate side and was very instrumental in helping launch a startup company where
she feels blessed to have left a piece of her legacy. Pat believes every woman is
searching for balance, where she can have her own identity and be the person she's
always wanted to be. She believes that training is the core of any successful business
and if we do not give it in the beginning we can't give it later. In business Pat
believes, everyone can be successful in direct sales. It starts with an inner desire
to learn something new and exciting, a passion for commitment, the ability to connect
with others and a solid work ethic.
