We work very closely with our manufacturing partner to make certain our high standards
are met through the production process. Many bamboopink pieces consist of natural
materials which slight variations in color and/or shape may occur per piece. All
of our jewelry is plated with either 24K gold or rhodium which is in the platinum
family. All of our jewelry is nickel free and our earrings are made with titanium
posts.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not
satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, or defective merchandise.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and
make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. Worn merchandise cannot
be returned unless defective. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges,
based on the original form of payment, within 30 days of purchase. Please contact
your bamboopink consultant to arrange for the return or refund of your purchase.
Sale items are final sale unless defective. Unfortunately, delivery and processing
charges will only be refunded with defective merchandise returns.
